So, next time you need a cold brew, look to these iced tea recipes. Incredibly easy to make, you can throw them together at the end of the working day or prepare ahead of a celebration for a healthy – but no less refreshing – alternative to fizzy drinks.

Iced Strawberry & Lemon Tea

Strawberry Tea

INGREDIENTS

Harrods Strawberry Tea No. 61
Ice 
Strawberries and/or lemon 

 

METHOD

  1. Brew tea as normal. 
  2. Strain and add honey to taste. Leave to cool to room temperature. 
  3. Pour over a generous serving of ice. 
  4. Add sliced strawberries and/or lemon and enjoy.

Iced Elderflower & Basil Green Tea

Green Tea

INGREDIENTS

Harrods Green Tea
Elderflower cordial 
Lemon (juice and slices)  
Ice 
Fresh basil
 

 

METHOD

  1. Brew green tea as normal and leave to cool to room temperature.  
  2. Add elderflower cordial and a few drops of lemon juice to taste. 
  3. Prepare a glass with ice and a few leaves of basil and lemon or lime slices. Pour in tea and enjoy.  

Top Tip


"Swap elderflower cordial for 25ml of pineapple juice and garnish with fresh pineapple slices for a deliciously tropical thirst quencher."

Iced Earl Grey Tea

Iced Earl Grey Tea

INGREDIENTS

Earl Grey Tea 
Honey
Lemon juice 
Fresh mint 
Lemon or orange slices to garnish optional 

 

METHOD

  1. Brew tea as normal and cool to room temperature. 
  2. Add honey and a few drops of lemon juice to taste. 
  3. Prepare a glass with a generous serving of ice and mint leaves, pour in tea and enjoy.
