Mediterranean Grill by Assembly
Fondly known as ‘Chef Tommy’, Greek-born Athanasios Kargatzidis is the founder of successful restaurant Baron in Beirut, Greek-food pop-up à la grecque in Dubai, and restaurant Costa Fria in the Portuguese coastal town of Ericeira.
The chef has travelled the world and been inspired by gourmet flavours that he then uses in his own menus. Arriving in London with Mediterranean Grill by Assembly, he brings authentic mezze with a focus on the grill and vegetarian plates. A celebration of Eastern Mediterranean dishes that take inspiration from Levantine flavours, the menu dishes are designed to be shared.
