We want to empower colleagues to make more sustainable decisions and drive sustainable change at work, at home and on the move.
What We’re Doing
- In 2020, we launched the Harrods Sustainability Network to foster innovation among our workforce and gain support on sustainability initiatives.
- In 2022, we launched our internal Let’s Go! campaign. This is our colleague engagement campaign, ensuring everyone at Harrods understands the role we each play as part of our sustainability journey.
Where We’re Going
- We continue to work with our senior leadership team and colleagues to embed sustainable initiatives across the business, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across our strategy and ensuring employees have the training and resources to deliver sustainable change at work.
