How does Click & Collect work?

When you shop online, simply select Click & Collect at the checkout. Please note, Click & Collect will only appear as a delivery option if everything in your bag is available with this service.

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready for collection?

Orders can take two to four days to be delivered to your chosen Click & Collect location. When your order has arrived, we will send you an email to let you know that it’s ready to be collected. Please wait for your Ready for Collection email to arrive before you go to your Click & Collect point. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

We are currently offering free UK delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 will be charged at our UK Standard Delivery charge of £5.95. Please note that this excludes Furniture orders.

How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?

You have up to 10 days to pick up your Click & Collect order. If you have not collected your order within this timeframe, your order will automatically be returned for a refund, which can take up to 3-5 working days.

How can Click & Collect orders be returned?

Orders placed using our Click & Collect service can be returned in the same way as any other online order. For more information, please read our Returns FAQs or visit our Returns page to initiate your return (subject to our returns policy). Alternatively, you may return orders to your nearest Click & Collect location and you will be refunded when our warehouse receives the unwanted items.
